We are part of a successful national printing service provider AlphaGraphics that is locally owned yet nationally networked. For more than 10 years, we have been offering designing, printing and mailing services to small and mid size businesses, non-profit as well as educational institutes in and around the DC Metro Area.

With our proven capabilities and long history, we are gearing ourselves up for expansion as a preparation for opening up in post COVID-19 restrictions. We are therefore looking for an outgoing, result oriented and already proven B2B sales executive to drive growth through new client acquisition as well as expanding with existing client base. Printing and Graphics Design related sales experiences will be an advantage but any B2B sales and business development experience will also be a good fit.

Key responsibilities:

Create New Client base

  • Connect with new accounts through networking, face to face as well as cold calling.
  • Regular follow ups through calls, emails or social media to warm up potential new clients.
  • Lead potential clients through funnel from being warm leads to becoming active client for new jobs.
  • Ensure clients receive timely feedback, quotes, proposals in meeting their requirements.
Strengthen relationship with Existing Clients

  • Enhance current client relationships through regular face to face meetings, and any other form of business communication.
  • Regular feedback, updates on existing projects to ensure clients remain up to date.
  • Determine value-added programs for existing, as well as new clients.
  • Capture key information and inputs for the internal team to work on.
  • Seek and create new opportunities that deliver creative customer solutions.
  • Strictly follow the AlphaGraphics sales cycle – Daily outside calls, follow ups and Networking.
Qualifications

  • Prior B2B direct sales experience is essential (Sales experience in Printing, Marketing or Advertising is an added advantage).
  • Proven sales closing skills - be always at ease for cold calling, engaging with new clients and constant NETWORKING.
  • Excellent communication skills - must be approachable, amicable, polite and friendly.
  • Strong drive to hit the target, and go the extra mile to deliver client focused results.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Familiar with CRM tools is not required but will be an advantage.
  • College or equivalent experience will be an advantage.
Training

We will be offering extensive on-the job training within 3 wks of joining. Also available is a mentor-ship program with a qualified Sales and business development expert in the first 3 months of the job.

Additional Remuneration:

Commission – 8% on new accounts (first order) and 6% on repeat orders from existing clients/accounts.

Required experience:

  • B2B direct sales: min 5 years.
Required license or certification:

  • Driving
Compensation: $3,000.00 per month
